Windows 10: Computer won't boot Windows 11

Paragraphs 1 - 4 are just venting and backstory- maybe you'll find it amusing. Basic what and how in paragraph 5.I'd like to preface this by saying that if I knew Windows 11 was just company sponsored Spyware, I NEVER would have bought a Microsoft computer. But I did, and the nature of the new OS became almost immediately apparent. I should not have to get a bunch of IT certs just to keep a company from spying on me. I've got things in my Google search history that I never thought I'd have. Tcp port sharing, asp.net 4.8, terredo tunneling, remote differential compression api support- what does

Skype won´t wok in 17063

Skype Won´t work... games won´t work...

Making backup and re-format...

Maybe I Install a Windows 7 again, At least, all of my games run smoothly ...Sadness!!

computer won't boot but has power

Kursah, that 6 steps are granted it always boots at the 6th step (sometimes at the 4th) and I have to remove the ethernet cable every time otherwise I'll have to do countless steps, that's a fact. I do not have Wake On Lan set.

 

Sabertooth 990fx won't boot to windows logo, it shuts down

to boot and enter bios and load windows, any todays PSU (with the correct plugs) will work, AFAIK

to enter BIOS only low wattage is used.
Then, during boot, the HDD and a bit later the videocard card start to demand juice, then the other devices and periphericals... so the total demand during boot up is incrementing step by step, that's why a failure halfway could indicate a PSU problem....
