Windows 10: Computer won't complete start up after moving PC to different room

Hey y'all Recently I moved my PC to a different room and when I turned it on, the monitor said no signal. Later I turned it back on and it showed the blue screen. I pressed enter to try again and it went back to this screen, so I pressed F1 and that didn't work either. I then pressed F8 and tried to turn it on with safe mode into the command prompt to try to see if it was the BCD. It showed the screen it usually shows when I turned it on, but it wouldn't complete starting up and just kept showing the loading screen.Thanks y'all!

This solution did not solve my problem since my computer won´t power up at all. it is as if the computer is completely dead and I have tried different outlets that work for other computers but it still won´t power up.

Is my motherboard broken?

Server move completed

We finally completed our server move. The specs of the new server are:

• Dual Xeon 2.8 GHz, HT & EM64T enabled
• 2GB Dual Channel DDR2
• SCSI HDDs
• 100 MBit connection
• Fedora Core 4, PHP5, MySQL4

This should greatly reduce load times. Sorry for the downtime/unreachable problems. If you spot any other issues please let us know immediately.

We now have an extra server standing around. If you have any suggestions what we should use it for, post here.
