Windows 10: Computer won't connect to internet after restart

Discus and support Computer won't connect to internet after restart in Windows 10 Network and Sharing to solve the problem; I'm connected via ethernet.     Computer won't connect to internet after restart


    I'm connected via ethernet. I'm certain the problem started over the weekend after a windows update.


    But here's what's weird.... It will connect after I shut it down and power off. Once I do that it connects fine through the ethernet.


    My computer guy checked all drivers and said everything looks good. He said he will need my machine to look further into it but I need it right now. I just don't understand why it won't connect to the internet after a simple restart but will after it powers off.

    1. Open Admin command and type: ipconfig

      Computer won't connect to internet after restart [​IMG]
    2. Win+X->Control Panel->Netwok and Sharing Center
      Follow the screen shot. This should disable internet access from this PC but allows access to local device(s)
      NOTE: Use the IP & Subnet Mask from step 1. Leave Default gateway & DNS Server blank
