Windows 10: Computer won't do Factory Reset, and is now stuck in this Blue Screen state.

The Computer isHP Pavillion All-in-OneI believe it used a Windows 10 Operating SystemIt worked properly the first time I tested it, but I wanted to do a factory reset to delete any sensitive information from the people I got the computer from. After attempting to do so, I'm now in this state where the computer does not open to Windows 10 but to the Blue screen. It asks if I want to troubleshoot, recover, etc. But when I attempt to do so, it only resets back to this screen. Other options seem to be blocked off by requiring administration Access, but the Admin Account for the computer was delete

My computer stuck at the blue screen

I wanted to reset my computer to factory settings, everything was going smoothly but in the middle of resetting, it just went to a blue screen with many options. I try to exit , turn off my pc , nothing works. I even try the command prompt.. It just stuck
there at the blue screen.. can someone help me!

 

Blue screen after factory reset

I factory reset my computer hoping for the device to run faster but after factory resetting the computer blue screens with stop code :NTFS FILE SYSTEM it will restart and after that the exact same blue screen will show up after it has automatically restarted. I have already tried manually restarting the PC.
