    Computer won't fully work


    I just [purchased a new computer Windows 10. Some functions just don't well. Eg. whenever I delete or transfer anything it doesn't show anything, If do it again, it says there's nothing there. I then have to exit the file or drive and go back again to confirm it did it. I talked to another tech support group which says do installing Norton and uninstalling McAfee caused this.

    I unplugged my computer to soon and now it won´t start up again?

    This solution did not solve my problem since my computer won´t power up at all. it is as if the computer is completely dead and I have tried different outlets that work for other computers but it still won´t power up.

    Is my motherboard broken?
