  2. Connecting Fender Mustang GTX50 AMP with USB to PC

I have a Mustang GTX50 and I’m trying to use the USB Out to connect it to my PC, I’m using Windows 11, but my PC is not showing that it’s plugged in. I’ve downloaded ASIO Driver from the link on Fender Tone Support but that didn’t do anything, I’ve gone in my Control Panel and went to Sound and the Recording and the amp doesn’t pop up even if I show disabled devices. I have a adapter for USB to my iPhone and tested it and it worked in my phone but I need to get it to work on my PC. Does anyone have any tips or recommendations on how I can fix this?

  3. my fender fuse software no longer recognizes my amp

I have a fender mustang 3 guitar amplifier that has a connection to my brand new HP touch screen desktop, and fender fuse software to connect and model the amplifier and record etc. the combination was working great, and suddenly the program stop recognizing
the amplifier, my computer sees its plugged in , I have been going back and forth with fender tech support with no avail. they keep having me delete .net framework files etc. I have followed there procedures at first if I would reset my computer to an earlier
setting it would work until I shut off computer , now it wont even do this.. this is a kind of expensive setup and I would like to be able to use it .. this computer is brand new and only software is Microsoft and the fender program

USB Audio Issues in Windows 10 build 14390

I have been trying to use Fender Mustang IV amplifier and Xenyx 1622 USB mixer as USB Audio interfaces with my Dell XPS after installing the latest Windows 10 preview build, 14390. So far it has not been possible. I have tried using Behringer suggested drivers,
(2940 version 2.8.40, asio4all), Fender Universal ASIO driver (v2.12) and the generic Microsoft issued usb audio drivers. For some reason, the system is not able to recognize/record the input sound from these external hardware components. The system is able to
send sound(Output sound) back into the hardware components but not able to receive input sound. I attempted this unsuccessfully in a Dell Studio Laptop also. So it seems more of a software/driver issue. In case of the Fender Mustang, Windows 10 automatically
installs and just uses its generic usb drivers which don't work. There is not even an option to install Fender provided asio driver as the generic driver gets installed, the moment I plug into the usb port. I tried installing using compatibility settings.
It was not helpful. Neither was manual driver installation through device manager useful. These devices were working fine with Windows 7. Is there anyway, I can get them working again in Windows 10?
