Windows 10: Computer won’t start and weird noises! Help?

When i tried to start my computer , i have an HP PC 360, it started making weird rattling and buzzing noises. I tried forcing a BIOSIS is that how you spell it ? but it just froze my computer and then later said my computer needed to restart. My computer screen is very cracked but this happen months ago and has never affected my computer before so i dont think it has to do with that. Ill attatch photos and videos, someone please tell me what to do.

UPDATE: i cant upload a video but my computer noises have gotten worse , to the point where it was rattling and loud . Ive shut it down and i am waiting. I have online school and i need my computer for all my classes ahhh. I really hope i don’t loose any of my computer data I have had this for 5 years.

Weird Noise after Anniversary Update

Let’s check what is causing that weird sound on your laptop.

Based on the link that you had provided, it seems that it’s either your CPU fan or Hard drive which is creating that sound.

If it’s the CPU fan, it might be an issue due to heavy processing, processor heating up or changes made during the update. If it’s your Hard drive, the issue might be with HDD performance. We suggest you to back up all your data to your external drive

Step 1: Check your Task Manager

Close all applications and check in task manager for any high usage of resources by any process.

• Press Ctrl + Shift+ Esc together to open task manager.
• Click on more details and check for any apps that is taking more resources.
• Take note of any Applications that are taking High CPU usages and try to disable it if it’s not that important.

Step 2: Start your computer in Safe Mode

Safe mode will start computer with basic drivers to check what might be causing the issue in normal functioning of computer. Check if the weird sounds are still happening.

• Press Windows + W, and type troubleshooting.
• From the search list, click on troubleshooting.

Hardware and device troubleshooter is an inbuilt troubleshooter that will find the issues with hardware devices and try to fix them automatically.

Lumia 830 main camera won`t start

After windows 10 update my lumia 830 camera won`t start . It says Camera won`t start . I tried other camera apps but camera still not work . Front camera working plz help me . I did hard reset , soft reset , downgraded to 8.1 but problem still persist

 

I unplugged my computer to soon and now it won´t start up again?

This solution did not solve my problem since my computer won´t power up at all. it is as if the computer is completely dead and I have tried different outlets that work for other computers but it still won´t power up.

Is my motherboard broken?
