Windows 10: Computer wont start not even on safe mode, cant diagnosis

Hello, a few hours ago I was studying on my laptop SAMSUNG Expert, Windows 11 and I left it alone for no more then a minute and came back to a blue screen. It said it had a store exception. i searched the Microsoft forums for a while and it turned of. I tried to turn it on and there was only a black screen. I turned it of and on again pressing f8. It couldn't diagnose the problem, it didn't boot onto safe mode came back to the previous screen, I tried to load a previous restoration and they were all gone. I then tried to factory reset it locally and keep my files only for it to return to t

Unable to Start in Safe Mode Win10

I understand that as repeating the basic problem. Is that what you mean? I can't tell you why- some sort of corruption- hence all the steps I'm suggesting. Please try each in turn.

The first are to check for basic forms of corruption and so proceed onwards in order.

 

Cannot Enter Safe Mode / Computer boots normally

I'm running Win 10 Pro 1903.

Here are the steps I have taken to get into safe mode: Start button, settings, update and security, recovery, advanced startup, troubleshoot, advanced options, startup settings, restart. The computer boots normally, not in safe mode. Any suggestions would be most helpful. Thanks in advance for your help and interest. .

 

Boot into Safe Mode on Windows 10  


I am stuck in Safe Mode in spite of following all the suggested steps to go back to Normal Startup - Like opening file location of msconfig.exe & running as Administrator. The computer I am trying to get out of safe mode has just been updated from Windows 7.
