Windows 10: Computer won't turn on after restarting. Black screen after the windows logo that just...

I am so worried as just before this my windows was being funky because of a possible virus i believe, all of my data, im speechless right now if i cant get my computer to turn back on.



Right now it's been on a black screen with spinning dots for 10 minutes. not sure its going to do anything



Is there a way to transfer data from my computer if I cant even get onto it?



Im so worried right now that I'll have to lose all my apps, music, artwork everything, im speechless.



What can i do? ive legit tried everything

  Did you make any changes to the PC after which you are getting a black screen?
  

The black screen issue could be related to display drivers and might get resolved by updating the display drivers. Without the correct driver, the hardware or device that you want to use won't work properly.

BLACK SCREEN AFTER WINDOWS LOGO

in the beginning my screen used to turn off for a second whenever I went to fullscreen mode or exiting it while playing a vid be it offline(downloaded on my laptop) or on youtube, I didn't think much of it at that time. Approximately one year later I randomly
checked my device manager and found that there was an exclamation mark on one of the graphics driver so I just downloaded it and installed the driver again and then my screen just froze and when I restarted my laptop, my screen went black after the windows
logo and I tried to resolve it by using automatic repair and doing whatever I could find on the net but still It used to go black after the windows logo (safe mode worked fine but again after I used to boot it normally it went black), then I tried to reset
my pc and after it was done resetting and started to install windows, it went fine till 64% and then it needed to restart and then again the screen went black after windows logo and when I tried rebooting it, after 2nd try it went to automatic repair and I
was stuck again. I have done all this for a minimum of 15 times and it has been like one month and I am still stuck on it any help please!
