My computer is working on the internet, however I cannot receive any e mails. It says off line. I receive e mails on my I phone which is compatible to the computer.I can find my e mails if I switch to Outlook which is not really Ideal...

I understand the inconvenience you are facing in receiving your e-mails.

I would suggest you to remove and reconfigure the account back in the device. Reconfiguring the account should force it to sync again you will be able to receive E-mails.

Receiving e-mails on Nokia 6021

As described by you, the 6021 fits my purpose perfectly: ability to receive e-mails up to a certain size, no support for attachments.

While I'm away from the office, this will allow me to check whether an e-mail has arrived -- and to explain the situation to the customer either by e-mail or phone. I'm a translator and would be able to handle the file (i.e. open it and translate it) only after
I get back to my office computer anyway.

Can you advise me, please: If an e-mail is, say 35Kb of text (which is a huge text e-mail, well beyond normal, I would say), does the 6021 download the first 30K or does it ignore the mail entirely?

I believe at the moment that the 6021 will be perfect for my business requirements ... I don't need a camera, radio or anything else "fancy" along those lines. Just phone, Bluetooth and e-mail ...

How do I delete an e-mail account and add it again in Windows 10 Mail

I'm using Windows 10 Mail and a box appear saying that my e-mail account and setting are outdated! I never knew and e-mail account can be outdated etc when you're always using it etc. I have ahd this e-mail for so many years now. Another box appeared with
my e-mail on it and a box to type in my password to verify my account. I typed in my password but it couldnt verify it. So, the next suggested the box had was for me delete my e-mail acount and add it back again. How do I go about doing this? Please list rhe
step by steps please. Thanks!
