Windows 10: Computer working very slow

please see below--- this is how I have the docking station with an external hard drive for MY computer. I would like to do the same for my wife's computer bu using that Hard drive you see that was taken out of an older computer for situations like this. I was thinking by taking off MOST of her pictures school projects etc which equates to over 50GB it might give her present C Hard Drive some breathing room. That is what I was thinking. because as you say I am trying to keep costs down and do the best I can with what I have.I am also looking into TURNING off some running processes in the backg

From the screenshot that you have provided, I understood that it’s not the issue with the disk usage. The slowness might be due to the memory usage.

As an initial troubleshooting step, I suggest you to run maintenance task and check if it helps.
