Windows 10: Computers is showing unable to contact IP driver . General failure

When I updated window suddenly it do not show any wifi before update it was good

Got 10013 while creating socket via loopback IP 127.0.0.1, and got general error while pinging 127.0.0.1

Hi experts, I recently got an annoy symptom. On my system, I can not use loopback IP address
127.0.0.1 to establish socket and got 10013 error code. If I use the IP address assigned by DHCP to the same system, the socket can be established.

Further checking shows I can not ping 127.0.0.1 as well, it will return "general failure" as below:

The system is a Hyper-V VM guest OS, running a 32bit windows 10 enterprise, version 1607 build 14393.693.

I have disabled the windows defender, online update the hyper-V network driver, but all of them don't help.

I also test some suggestion got from internet, such as /flushdns, netsh int ipv4 reset, etc, still can not resolve the issue.

'Generic PnP monitor' issue

I would suggest you follow steps to update the monitor driver:

Press Windows + X keys

Choose Device manager

Click on Monitors

Right click on ‘Generic PnP monitor’ and click on update driver

Tap on Browse my computer for driver software

Tap on Let me pick from a list of available drivers

Choose ‘Generic PnP monitor’ and tap on Next

When you are done please restart the computer.

 

Computer's IP Adress

i had a dynamic ip address so i tried to have a static one so i did some steps to change it but it didnt work out so i put ip address on obtain automatically now i cannot see my computer's ip address listed on ipconfig /all please help
