What do you think? I need opinions. That means if you have a Precision M90 shipped with Windows Vista Ultimate, in 2008, you wouldn't be able to use it because windows vista is not supported, but you can have the same Precision M90, if it were to ever be shipped with Windows 10, supported. It's not just warranty, that is not the issue, nothing I'm discussing is an issue, it's just on my mind. I just think it's not only computer oem's assisting in this your computer is too old, but Microsoft and Apple all are like that and there's no sugar coating or un-bs-ifying it. I'm sure it just means that there's too little to be gained by updating the drivers for these cards anymore. With the world economy in shambles AMD is probably looking at every possible way to not go under at this point. If that means stepping on the toes of folks that haven't purchased their most recent flagship products, well...

There are tutorials on that- see the Tutorials section- and free 3rd party tools that do that too.

And if you were to search the forum you migh find some of the many times these have been mentioned.

In a normally functioning PC permissions are there to provide a degree of protection from mistakes- and even privacy where there is more than one user.

If you were to either
- boot to a command prompt
- boot your PC from a live boot disk
no permissions would apply - which is fine if you need to do something very occasionally and exceptionally.

Lack of detail 1208

If you are still annoyed about the lack of detail in the manual you are not alone. My father is elderly and needs step-by-step instructions none of which are provided in the manual for most menu items. Suggest sending an email to Nokia customer support
and add your voice to requesting a detailed manual online.
