Windows 10: Concerning my Lenovo Ideapad Gaming 3 AMD Ryzen 5 7535HS RTX 2050 DDR5 4800MHZ Hardware...

So I know AMD uses a certain amount of memory for hardware reserved, but this has happened for the second time now. I just got this laptop for Christmas and luckily had warranty for it. At first it had 7.19 gb ram usable but then later on I noticed it to change too 5.69 usable and was wondering what was the problem. I had the uma buffer size to the lowest possible which is 512mb and maximum memory unticked already. I was wondering if I needed a bios Update and turns out I did. It fixed the problem temporarily but it went back to 5.69 again yesterday and was wondering do I need to take it back?
