Windows 10: CONEXANT DRIVER ISSUE CAUSING BSOD SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION ERROR

Hey, when I update my Windows 11 to 22H2, when I go to Sound Settings then go to Speakers I always get BSOD System Service Exception error especially when I am using the laptop's default audio driver Conexant SmartAudio HD. I have tried updating the drivers, troubleshooting the audio drivers but I always get the Generic Audio error, I have even tried installing Windows 11 all over again. What I did was to disable the driver and use AMD HD Audio driver which is not the default driver, how can I fix this issue so that I go back to using the default audio driver. BSOD System Service Exception

Hello everyone!! I got the system service exception bsod once on my laptop. It's an asus X550LD with 6 gb RAM and 750 gb HDD and an Intel core i7 4500u. Not too bad and i had windows 10 installed on it a day ago. Could this BSOD be a sign that i'll need
to reinstall windows? It's a fresh install of Windows 10 (not an upgrade) but i fear that too many reinstalls will wear the hard drive out. I'm thinking that this is a driver issue. Any suggestions?

 

BSOD System service Exception

I've been running into alot of BSOD these days while using the latest version of windows 10 so i downgraded to version 1703 build 15063.483 but still i get this. Though the BSOD has been reduced with the downgrade but System service exception is still a
left behind issue. I am attaching the minidump file through the link below

It would be a great help if anyone can analyse the dump file and inform me what the issue is that is causing the error. And to add i have all my drivers updated.

BSOD Error code: System Service Exception

Generally, a BSOD error occurs due to an outdated driver, hardware or software failure. I have analyzed the dump files that you have shared and found that ntkrnlmp.exe file is causing the system to crash.



I suggest you to try updating the Intel drivers installed on the computer. You can update the Intel drivers by installing the

Intel Driver & Support assistant. This will update the drivers that are not up to date.
