Windows 10: Confidentialit

Discus and support Confidentialit in Windows 10 Customization to solve the problem; there is somthing wrong with my camera and my microphone. for example if i want to record a voice message in whatsapp it ask me to allow theme to use...     there is somthing wrong with my camera and my microphone. for example if i want to record a voice message in whatsapp it ask me to allow theme to use my microphone or my camera. but whene i go to settings to do it i found tha it allowed. and the same thing in googel if i want to use "omegal"or "azar" for example.
