Windows 10: Configuration issues with Axagon 2.5gbps ethernet pcie card Realtek

I'm in the process of upgrading my homelab which has a couple of VLANs defined and in this process upgrading the network to a 2.5gbps one. I therefore ordered the above mentioned network card via Amazon as this card explicitly stated that it supports VLAN.After installing the card on my Win11 machine Intel I9-13900k, ASUS Rog Strix Z790-F Motherboard, 128GB Kingston DDR5-RAM, 2 WD_Black SN850X NVMe 4TB M.2 SSDs, NVidia GeForce RTX 3090Ti access to the internet works fine. The default driver picked up its job so far. As this card is a Realtek one, I downloaded the Realtek Ethernet Diagnostic

1) Does this card reader is detected by PC?

2) Does this Card reader is working in other PC?

3) What is the make and model of the PC?

I suggest you to install the Realtek PCIE driver for Windows 10 from manufacturer website and check if it makes any difference.

No Ethernet with Windows 10 using Realtek PCIe FE Family Controller - Ethernet doesn’t have a valid IP configuration

In order from the post you suggested:

• The first few bullets in your link are for wifi and I do not have any wifi issues.
• It is not an ISP problem as the problem is confined to laptops with the
  Realtek PCIe FE Family Controller. Other laptops with a different ethernet controller work fine.
• The network driver is updated yet, the problem still persists.
• I've uninstalled the driver as well as entirely removing the adapter. It reinstalls and the problem persists.
• I've run the troubleshooter and the networking commands and the problem persists.
• I've turned off firewalls and virus software and as you may have guessed, the problem persists.
• I've tried the netcfg -d command and it does nothing.
• I've run it in safe mode with networking and the problem persists.

Yay me. What do you think I should try next?
