Windows 10: Configure a SNES controller on Windows 10

First sorry for my bad English

I have a SNES controller who conects with usb to my pc (Windows 10)

I want to programing the controller to do some actions when i press a button

For example, when i press "Y" button, the computer detects as if it had pressed "Shift" + "Alt" or when i press one arrow move the mouse X positions

I dont know if i can do it but thanks for the help ^_^
