Windows 10: Conflict with Apple Music and Windows 11

I have moved my music from i-tunes to Apple Music as requested. Initially all worked well, but recently Apple Music freezes when I open it on my PC Windows 11. It constantly gives the message ' Loading Library' but nothing loads.I have now spent 3 hours on the 'phone with Apple Support. 3 advisers have failed to sort the program. I have uninstalled, re-installed Apple Music, 'repaired' and 'reset' several times. Apple Support has asked me to ask Microsoft if there is anything in their system blocking Apple Music from working.Please advise. Thank you.PS Apple Music works perfectly on my i-ph

Apple music and her problem with windows

I found a similar issue on the internet and they suggested terminating and repairing Apple Music through the App Settings might work. Go to the Settings > Apps. Find Apple Music in the list of installed apps. Click on Apple Music to select it. Click the Advanced Options link. Under the App termination section, click the Terminate button then scroll down to the Repair section. Click the Repair button. Follow any prompts or instructions that appear.

They also suggested opening Apple Music through the Microsoft Store works for them rather than the shortcut one that fails.

Apple to Lower UK Music Prices

Apple today announced that within six months it will lower the prices it charges for music on its UK iTunes Store to match the already standardized pricing on iTunes across Europe in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland and Spain. Apple currently must pay some record labels more to distribute their music in the UK than it pays them to distribute the same music elsewhere in Europe. Apple will reconsider its continuing relationship in the UK with any record label that does not lower its wholesale prices in the UK to the pan-European level within six months.

“This is an important step towards a pan-European marketplace for music,” said Steve Jobs, Apple’s CEO. “We hope every major record label will take a pan-European view of pricing.”
