Windows 10: Confused. Need an Answer

Hello there. i have the following computer which i purchased second hand, and when buying it i saw that the sticker on the back said Windows 8. does anyone know if and when this computer was released it had windows 8 on it or whether it came with windows 10 pleaseHP Pavilion Notebook - 15-ab254sa ENERGY STAR

Meanwhile, if you just keep getting a notification and you want to turn it off, I suggest that you follow these steps:

• Type Notifications and actions settings in Cortana/search bar.
• Under Notifications, disable Get notifications from apps and other senders.
