Windows 10: Confused!

After reading this today I looked inside my "Microsoft Store" after uninstalling the PC Manager but still no PC Manager! "Microsoft's PC Manager app is now available for all users on Windows 10, version 19042.0 or higher, after two years of being in Public Beta and only available in select regions".3 Web sites say the same so a little confused!I have been using it by changing the region to USA. Any info would be much appreciated.Looks like I will have to change the region again before putting it back!Brian Windows 10 22H2 UK

If that setting is already enabled, then I suggest as the next troubleshooting step might be Mozilla Safe Mode (not to be confused with Windows Safe Mode)):

User Account Confusions

Certainly am ! First to uninstall Malwarebytes and disable Secure Boot. Then I am good to go.

DOWNLOADING ISO
I am confused by the Download Menus which suggest downloading twice which is fine but in
between seems to suggest downloading and UPDATING Windows 10. I seem to remember being warned at some stage updating Windows could cause confusion. Should I ignore this Dialogue - menu - step and proceed straight to downloading from the Microsoft site ?

Also I need the mouse to work efficiently is it ok
a) to leave it in and/or
b) to remove it an put it back during the Repair install ?

The touch pad is unreliable and only seems to work intermittently,

what exactly did you do to it originally, tell me step by step and list the files you used (including links if possible) i will try to back track and recreate the error using VMware if i can (VMware a special tool i use for testing crap out *Smile )
