    Windows10 Disc Defragmentation

The plot thickens. Having run a search for "Defrag", I have located the Defrag.exe files plus others - thus the tool is installed on my PC. Why therefore does the drive; tools tab; optimise button, then say that it is not installed on my PC and does not
    work?

Two specific webpages do not open properly in either IE11 or MS Edge. I have Win10 OS.

The two sites I am having problems with are:

    1. Norton Identity Safe: Sign In - Norton Secure Login "This page cannot be displayed".

The Norton Identity Safe reports "A network error is preventing creation of the Norton Account".

    2. MyMail - Rewards site:
    https://www.mymail.co.uk/home
This page has the missing logos & icons. Additionally menu items from this webpage do not work.

Both of these webpages work as expected on my laptop (Win10) and using the same router/internet connection.

The thread from 27 March 2016 was mine.

Some kind of corruption in your user account.

Were the family accounts you setup new, not migrated?

You could create a new account for yourself and if everything is okay copy everything from your old account to the new account, test, then delete the old account when satisfied all is well.
