    Confusion Regrading Power Options

Hi my dell laptop has 4 options, update and restart, restart, update and shutdown, and shutdown currently and I just did an update and restart 2 days ago.

In the past I lost two good laptops to these so called window updates and I would like to know why my computer has these four options. Can I just click shutdown and avoid these updates for the time being? I know about the new windows update 20h2 but I don't want it installed on my computer right now. I would like an expert advice on this matter so that my laptop stays fine and functioning.

    :)
