    Congratulations Virus on Windows 10

    Even after re-installing Windows 10 again on a formatted hard disk and using Microsoft Edge, I am getting a virus that ON CLICKING anywhere on the page redirects to a website starting with "deloton.com/....." and a pop up appears with CONGRATULATIONS playing
    in the speakers. No third party antivirus is installed.

    I tried using Defender full scan, boot time scan. One strange thing is that after installing Windows 10, this happens after some days and continues day by day then. After this happens, there appears a RED CROSS on Windows defender icon clicking on it says
    "Restart Windows Defender" again and again. How can this happen even after re-install of Windows 10?
