Windows 10: Conhost.exe Preventing computer from entering propper sleep mode

Hello, I've had a problem for quite some time where when I click on sleep mode, instead of entering into sleep mode the computer instead just turns off the monitors.I ran "powercfg /requests" and it returnedDISPLAY:None.SYSTEM:[PROCESS] \Device\HarddiskVolume5\Windows\System32\conhost.exe[PROCESS] \Device\HarddiskVolume5\Windows\System32\conhost.exeAWAYMODE:[PROCESS] \Device\HarddiskVolume5\Windows\System32\conhost.exe[PROCESS] \Device\HarddiskVolume5\Windows\System32\conhost.exeEXECUTION:None.PERFBOOST:None.ACTIVELOCKSCREEN:None.It might be a trojan but I

Computer wakes up seconds after it enters sleep mode.

just got home. Put my computer to sleep and it woke up in about 30 seconds. running the lastwake command still shows the unknown culprit. However, a whole list has appeared in event finder, what do you make of this? Seems to be something with the power supply if i had to take a guess

Computer wakes up from Sleep mode immediately

I appreciate the efforts taken by you in resolving the issue. I understand that the computer wakes up immediately after putting to sleep.



However, please let us know:

• Are you aware of any canes made to the computer prior to this issue?
  
• Which build version of Windows 10 is installed on the computer? Refer
  Which version of Windows operating system am I running?
  

There could be several reasons for the computer not going to sleep mode. To determine which device is causing this, we can run a simple command and check the reason why the computer woke up from sleep mode. To do this refer the steps mentioned below:

1. Type command prompt in the search bar on the Taskbar.
2. Right click on the command prompt icon and select Run as administrator.
3. Now, paste the following command and hit Enter: powercfg lastwake.
4. Share the results of the command.

The above command should let us know the device that is preventing the computer going into sleep mode.
