    Connect App not working

I need help with this.I have read other posts where they are told to adjust firewall settings, public and private, etc. and I have done all of that. I am able to project from my surface pro 6 to my laptop, however I am not able to project from my laptop to my surface. The Laptop is running 10.0.22621.1 and my surface 10.0.19041.4239. I can confirm that I can use my daughter's surface to project to my surface, but again, my laptop will not project to the surface and the Connect app appears to time-out every time.

    :)

Mail app will not open on 10041.

    Hello Adam,

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it. Connect App not working :)

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

    • Open powershell as administrator
    • Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
    • Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)

The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.
