Windows 10: Connect laptop as second display

I'm trying to connect my laptop as a second screen to my desktop. On my desktop I have Windows 11 10.0.22621 Build 22621.On my laptop I have Windows 10 10.0.19044 Build 19044. When I try to connect my laptop as a screen from desktop windows + k, it shows "No screens available" . When I connect desktop as screen from laptop everything is working. I have the same "Project to this PC" setting on both PCs. I have both PCs on the same Wi-Fi. Could you please advise me where the problem could be?

In regards to your concern, since the second screen can't detect the display settings of your other laptop, we suggest that you perform the steps below and see if it helps:

• Go to Settings.
• Click on System.
• Under System, choose Display.
• Under Multiple displays, click on Duplicate these displays and apply.

TV connects for just a second to laptop then reverts to laptop display

TV connects for just a second to laptop then reverts to laptop display. once after windows update it stayed connected but now it doesn't just like previously before update.
