Windows 10: Connect my Motorola moto g pure to pc w10

Hello,I tried to get the driver to be able to download my pictures to pc, as it is not recognized.I am getting "Wavebrowser" at all corner.could you please guide me to do this properly, without this Wavebrowser and I am notsure if it is complete off my pc.Thank you

Motorola G Android Phone Install

I have a Moto G and when I plug it into my PC it loads drivers and then displays the drives, Internal and SD Card listed under XT1039.

What version/build of Windows 10 do you have. Go to Settings > System and select About. Then post the Version and Build.

Are you using the USB cable that came with your phone. Do you have other USB items plugged into the PC.

Thanks for your assistance.

Method-1 did not work as it kept on giving a message that necessary changes have been made and need to reboot to update. However, reboot did not do any thing.

Then I thought to recheck device drivers that I had installed recently. I found that thru' Motorola site, as per their thread, I had downloaded the device driver. It said for Windows 7 & 8. However, I felt it should work on 10. So I uninstall this driver
and then when I connected my Moto G, it worked. Therefore, I did not have to go thru uninstalling the USB controller.

windows 10 doesn't fully recognize/read contents of motorola phone

Hi,

as RQT states, connect you phone up, then something like settings/device connection/connection preferences/scroll and find USB connectivity--allow and that should do it, the procedure was something like that of one of my son's Motorola G phone all beit a while ago, when connecting it to his PC.
