samsung phone a20e will not connect to usb c

Those are essentially the same steps I showed in Post #11 for my Samsung phone. It is important after the phone is connected to the PC with a USB cable to swipe from the top of the phone screen to show the notifications. Take screenshot on your Samsung Galaxy A20e Android 9.0 Samsung Galaxy A20e - Take screenshot | Vodafone UK Note these are the same steps I used to take a screenshot on my Samsung phone. If you can't connect the phone to your PC with a USB cable then the easiest way to get the screenshots from your phone to your PC is to email them to yourself. I just opened my Gmail account on my phone, created a new email, attached the screenshots to it, and emailed them. When I opened the email on my PC I selected to to download the attachment. Note the attachment was a single zip file with the screenshots inside.

W10 can connect to wider internet but cannot access web pages

I have an odd issue with my W10 laptop linked to Sky broadband in the UK via wifi using a Sky router. The effect is that while I can actually access the internet (I can send and receive emails using Outlook and can connect to other machines using TeamViewer) I cannot access any web site (Google, BBC etc). There is no specific error message, merely that the access request timed out and a suggestion that it may be to do with proxy. I have tried the following:
    1. Other systems (W10 and ios) can access web sites using the same Sky router (therefore probably not a router problem)
    2. I have sent and received emails using Outlook, so the broadband connection is working (probably not a Sky problem)
    3. I have tried two different browsers (Firefox and Edge), no connection (not a browser problem)
    4. I am using Windows Defender and have:
      1. Made sure that Firefox is in the list of allowed systems in its Firewall, no connection after a reboot
      2. Turned off the Firewall and tried again - no connection
My next step will be to re-install Windows, but has anyone got any other suggestions? Could it be some sort of virus (I have carried out a complete virus check using Defender) So - any suggestions?

Unable to open a Secure PDF sent by email on the Windows 8 Phone

    Hi Paul Philly,

Fortunately, Microsoft is listening. While I am unable to test a Secured PDF to confirm, I trust that you have tried Secured PDF's from several different sources. If this is the case and you find yourself unable to open any Secured PDFs from a variety
of sources, then I want to refer you to the
    Windows Phone Feature Suggestions box
    .

As to attaching documents, you can simply save your documents to your free 7 GBs of storage called SkyDrive. Then, on your device, use the SkyDrive app to browse to the document, tap and hold until a menu appears. From this menu, you can share the document:

    • send a link in email (View only or View and edit)
    • copy link to clipboard
    • permission
Choosing the first option will allow you to generate an email, send the link and add any personal comments you'd like to send with the document. While this is a little different from the traditional desktop method, mobile devices are limited in storage
space and need cloud-based services to assist you in being more productive.

    I hope this helps!

    David
