Windows 10: Connect to a wireless display caused the "P" key to stop working.

In Windows 11 Version 22H2 OS Build 22621.819 when you use "Connect to a wireless display" the letter "P" no longer works on the on screen keyboard nor does it work on any USB or wireless keyboard connected to the PC.The moment you disconnect the wireless display the letter "P" begins to function correctly.

1. What is the make and model of the computer?
   
2. What is the model of the TV?
   

This issue can occur if there is pending firmware update or the issue with the drivers. I would suggest you to follow the below steps and let us know about the results:

cant connect Wireless Display For Old PC

I realize the inconvenience you are facing.; Let me help you in resolving the issue.

This issue might have occurred due to corrupted/ outdated display adapter drivers after upgrading to Windows 10. Try the below and check if it helps.

Step 1: Uninstall the Wireless Display Driver.

• Press Windows key + X key when you are at desktop.
• Select Device Manager.
• Expand Display Adapter.
• Right on the Display Adapter and click on
  Uninstall.
• Restart the computer.

Step 2: Update
Wireless Display Driver.

• Press Windows key + X key when you are at desktop.
• Select Device Manager.
• Expand Display Adapter.
• Right on the Display Adapter and click on
  Update driver software.
