Windows 10: Connect two PCs in different floors that linked to seperate network hubs with different...

I want to connect some PCs in my office in diffferent floors that are connected to seperate network hubs. I am not professional in networking but it seems that ipv4 addresses and ipv4 default gateways are a little different beacause of this type of connection and we can not share folders. NIC disappears after linking to hub?

In my second computer, which I will list specs of at the end of the post, has 2 ISA network cards. I was going to use it to share the intarwebz connection by linking the modem to it directly, then linking the other NIC to a hub which goes to the rest of my computers. I went to test the setup and now the NIC I used to link to the hub has disappeared from the Network Connections menu. I tried swapping the 2 cards around and still only the one shows up.

Network Connectivity Issue

Is the Wi-Fi network you can't connect to your network?
Are the router and your PC on the same floor of the house or are they on different floors?
Do you connect to the 2.4 or 5 GHz wi-fi network?

 

Combining different apps into custom hubs

Everytime I get a new app it goes into the apps list, which also has existing stuff in it.

Browsing through the long list is getting painful. I would love to keep them organised in different hubs based on my own requirements. Something similar to the grouping of apps provided in iPhone.

Is there any plan to support custom hub creation and grouping of apps into hubs?
