Connecting a MS 365 email Azure AD to a Windows 11 user account - I get an error message

Hello Everyone, My computer is a Windows 11 version 22H2, Dell XPS with i9 Intel chip and 64 gigs of memory. I currently have one user account that has one MS 365 AzureAD email address connected to it. I want to create another user account with a different MS 365 AzureAD email address with a different URL. Under Settings, Accounts, Other Users, Add a work or school account, I get this message when I try to add a new account with the other email address:"That work or school account couldn't be found. Check the account name and try again."MS 365 support and Dell support could not find the iss

Office 365/Azure AD login to Windows 10-account doesn't persist across signouts/restarts

I've setup Windows 10 by joining it to an Azure AD/Office 365 account and signed into Windows 10 with the Azure AD/O365 account. The problem is when an additional account is added to the machine (a Microsoft Account/Live/Consumer), the Azure AD/Office 365
user account doesn't show on the lockscreen. The accounts tied to a Microsoft Account Consumer ID are listed, but the Azure AD user account can only be logged into by clicking "Other User" and typing the full email and password. It remains on the lock screen
until the user signs out or restarts the machine.

My employees hate typing their full work email and password in every time they sign into their machine and I want them to be able to use their PIN/Windows Hello to login to Windows 10. What can I do?

  3. Adding an Azure User to Windows 11

I'm on a Windows 11 Pro PC trying to add a new user. In family and Other Users, I tried to add the user under "other users" but since this is an Office 365 user and not a Microsoft user, I cannot add the user here. Trying something different, I tried to add a work account, and that was successful, but I cannot log in as that user into this PC.

    What am I doing wrong?

I need to be able to add an Office 365/Azure user so that they can log in with *** Email address is removed for privacy ***.

Connecting a MS 365 email Azure AD to a Windows 11 user account - I get an error message

How to leave Azure AD, when Microsoft account got joined to it by exchange to office 365 migration

Our company had a hosted Microsoft Exchange solution for our emails, and this was migrated by a 3rd party company to Office 365, and in that process they created a Azure Active Directory for our domain, and apparently also for each of our emails.

We didnt have any AD going on locally, and also isn't planning on it.
Before they migrated from a hosted exchange, i had created a microsoft account on with my work email, which I also used to login into windows. It integrated nicely into Visual Studio etc.

But now I don't have full access to my pc anymore, although im still a administrator locally.

So how do i leave this Azure AD, and regain normal full admin rights to my pc?

Example of "managed by your organization"

Showing that its joined to Azure AD

When trying to click "Disconnect" on that Azure ID.

    Edit:
We don't use any AD, locally or azure. An external company was hosting our Exchange server previously, the same company migrated our hosted Exchange server email accounts to Office 365. (So I have no access to the Azure AD.) And in that process, they also created an Azure AD. (Their tech guy said they had to do that. If thats true or not, iI don't know).

I'm using windows mail to connect to my email account (not outlook), and I just tried removing it, and adding it again, as an Office 365 account, and in that process it said something about group policies. windows mail prompt
Here are the group memberships of my user:

This is the error im getting, when im trying to enable/disable a task related to windows update, in the task scheduler. task scheduler permission denied
