Windows 10: Connecting a second display problem

Hi, I've got a Lenovo Yoga Pro 7 14/RH8 and I want to screen share with my very old HP 15 BW0xx, which runs Windows 10.I've tried EVERYTHING! I can make them just about recognize each other via Bluetooth but just until I close the Bluetooth window. I am fully aware of how to share my screen. I've tried it even with another Aspire computer, but this didn't work either. What do I have to do to share screens? I am aware that they have different Graphic cards AMD Radeon on HP and Intel on YogaI have also aligned the screen resolutions etc. I also have tried to connect with HDMI cable

Things to do once connected new G-Sync monitor

I'm getting my G-Sync monitor today.

I think I have to take the following steps:

• Connect 1440p G-sync monitor with DP cable
• Connect second 1080p 60Hz monitor by HDMI
• Startup PC
• Reinstall display driver
• Restart PC (I always do that after display driver install)
• Activate G-Sync in NV control panel (I believe also V-Sync is auto on after that?)
• Set my 1440p monitor from 1080p to 1440p
• Calibrate my 1440p monitor

Also ingame, I should turn off V-Sync?
Are there any problems running a second 60Hz 1080p monitor?

Is there anything else I should do/know?

 

Cannot connect TV as second display

Have you tried updating the video card drivers? I suggest downloading IOBit Driver Booster and letting it update all the drivers in your system and see if that helps.

 

Windows Wireless Display Adapter-not connecting anymore

Hello Phillip,

Did you notice any changes on your PC prior to the issue? I suggest that you follow the steps outlined in this support article:
Troubleshooting Wireless Display Adapters.

Since updating drivers did not work, in addition, you can try to reset the Wireless Adapter.

1. On the adapter, press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds.
2. When the message " Ready to connect "shows, open the
   Action Center.
3. Select Connect, and in the list of displays, select
   Microsoft Wireless Display Adapter.
