Windows 10: Connecting a wireless mouse to my computer using Bluetooth

Hello everyone,

I have a problem with connecting a wireless mouse to my computer. First of all, this is due to the fact that my motherboard in PC (Aorus B450 Elite) does not contain a built-in bluetooth module. However, reading on the Internet, I found information that it is possible to connect USB device despite not having built-in bluetooth module using portable adapter and so do I have: https://www.logitech.com/pl-pl/product/unifying-receiver-usb

However, the second problem is that in the settings window in the bluetooth section in Windows I do not have the bluetooth button available and I cannot turn on the device's pairing function what is shown below:



No bluetooth turn on/off button available

Other than that, after clicking on Add Bluetooth or other device button, I get an error:

Does one know how to solve this problem?

Bluetooth adding wireless mouse

• Followed advice from Windows chat on how to add a device to Aspire laptop (in this case a wireless mouse) through Bluetooth. When I get to screen to select a device the Logitech wireless mouse isn't on the list. Any suggestions of what to do next please?

Not working wireless mouse could be due to the following:

• Outdated device driver
• No device driver installed
• Faulty wireless mouse receiver

We would like to know some information to better isolate the issue:

• Have you done any changes (like updating your Windows) on your computer prior to the issue?
  
• Have you tried using using your wireless mouse on other computer and checked if the issue persists?
• Have you tried updating your wireless mouse driver?

For initial troubleshooting steps, we suggest that you follow the steps below on how to run Windows troubleshooter:

• Type troubleshoot in the search box and press Enter.
• Select Hardware and Devices, then click
  Run the troubleshooter.
