    Connecting Amazon Echo Show 2nd generation to Windows 10


    I cannot connect my Echo Show 2nd Generation to Windows 10 anymore. I used to use it as an external speaker. I believe it happened when there was a major update or when I reinstalled Windows 10 for performance issues.

    I have a Amazon Prime Account, and my wife just won an Echo 2nd Generation device at a Christmas party. I have an hp computer with windows 10. Where do I go to download the Alexa App, and how do I download it and get the Dot going? No instructions came
    with the Dot.

    Hello, I see that you are having some issues connecting Amazon Echo to your computer. You will need to have an app on another device for this. Once you have done so, you will need to go into your Echo device settings on your app, then in the Bluetooth
    section, tap connect. Now search for Bluetooth on your Windows computer. This will bring up the Echo as a speaker.
