Windows 10: Connecting my printer to my windows 11 laptop

Good afternoon Microsoft community, yesterday I tried to print some stuff from my laptop to my printer downstairs and it kept giving me an error so I removed my printer and tried to re-add and re-install it to my laptop via Bluetooth and it didn't work. Then I went downstairs and looked at my printer and everything was fine with the printer. It works when I print from my desktop computer but not my laptop and I'd love to know why. The printer is a MX340 Printer and my laptop is a Windows 11 Microsoft Surface Pro 7. So I honestly don't know what's wrong and why this is happening but it's really

• The name of the OEM + “contact information”
• The name of the OEM + “PC support”

Have you tried the suggestions on my initial post, in response to the original poster? If you haven't performed any troubleshooting yet, here are a couple of things you can try:

• Power off, and then power on your printer to restart it. Wait for a while for it to be fully ready.
• Check your printer connection. Check your printer and make sure that it’s connected to your PC network.

If the steps didn't help, you may go through this list of suggestions to fix printer connection in Windows 10.
