Windows 10: Connecting new Windows 10 computer to existing network

I had a Ethernet network with two (2) windows 7 pro computers connected to a Windows Server 2012R2. I had a motherboard failure on one of the computers and bought a new Windows 10 Home computer. I connected it to the network, and the first time I started it, the network domain was shown in file explorer. I mapped the network drives and all worked fine. When I shut down and powered up the next day (and every time since) the file explorer Network section doesn't show the server network. Some of my programs need access to the server to get files to be worked on. How do I get server network access again?

• Open Admin command and type: ipconfig
  
  
  
• Win+X->Control Panel->Netwok and Sharing Center
  Follow the screen shot. This should disable internet access from this PC but allows access to local device(s)
  NOTE: Use the IP & Subnet Mask from step 1. Leave Default gateway & DNS Server blank

I have one new Windows 10 computer and an existing network with computers running Windows 7. I cannot seem to connect as I previously could. Tells me there is an existing homegroup but doesn't accept password. Gives me no option to create new homegroup.
Suggestions?
