Windows 10: Connection between mouse keyboard and receiver

Hello everyone,I have a problem with the wireless desktop 900 keyboard and mouse set.Me and some coworkers lost the connection between the mouse keyboard and receiver.How can i restore the connection?And no the receiver/dongel is not broken.With kind regardsBas

Wireless Mouse connects as a keyboard

Hi there.

I've tried doing all of these steps, and it still doesn't work. I can see the device in 'Connected devices' in 'Settings'. It is listed as 'Microsoft Nano Tranceiver' but has a keyboard icon next to it. the mouse is a Microsoft Mouse 1850. This also occurs
with other wireless mice I have tried, and they connect but all have the keyboard icon next to them.

Why isn't my m325 wireless mouse connected to pc?

I did all the steps, except the wired keyboard and mouse step, since I am using a laptop. After all the steps it still doesn't work. Also I can't see my cursor and can't move it.
