    I am not sure this is the correct forum to ask, so let me know if I am out of bounds.I have been working on computers since 1984 and those pre windows days of DOS. I have been using windows since the inception of the program but my experience has been in using Windows computers for CAD and have tried to learn what I can about the OS but never became a dedicated IT person. Just enough to be dangerous. In those days the software was all locally installed and relatively simple.Today with this microsoft office 365 located somewhere in the cloud, onedrive servers and security features, I am gettin

    I understand that you are unable to use your Office 365 account to log into your Windows system, and since there are account issues involved, I wanted to check with you.



    • I see that you specifically mentioned that you are unable to log in with your Office 365 account, are you able to log in to the system with your other Microsoft accounts?

      If so, how was it reconnecting to your Office 365 account after you logged into Windows?


    • Is your Office 365 a personal or business subscription?

    Unable to login to Windows 11 with Office 365 accounts

    Hello,

    This is Office business subscription. I do not have any other Microsoft Accounts outside of Office 365.
    I was able to login to both with my office 365 email, but not with two other employees.

    Wp8 office 365 and Account Logins

    Your company Office 365 account is just that, an Office 365 service account. It is not a Microsoft account.

    Since the Office 365 account is not a Microsoft account ( anything that ends with live.com, outlook.com and msn.com and other microsoft .com accounts is considered a Microsoft account) it will not work on your windowsphone.
