Windows 10: Connection could be established without network access!!

Hi guys , I used to make a personal VPN account of my current windows VPS with softether VPN server manager.recently it couldnot be registered on the network anymore while I reinstalled a new fresh windows server 2008R2 with new softether VPN.I even used the following instruction to fix the problem:https://www.wiknix.com/vpn-error-720/but after it, the internet connection of my PC would become unaccessible except accessing to concerned VPS through its IP !!!
is there any suggestion for this issue?tnx for advanced

why I have to disable firewall if use laptop wlan to connect to network

I am using 5800. I setup a shared connection on my laptop, and then5800 could connect to Internet using the wlan through wirelessconnection.

But I noticed that every time, if I want the connection could becreated, I have disable the firewall on the laptop. Even when usingZone Alarm as the fire wall and add the wireless network into thetrusted zone, the connection could not be established if I do
notshutdown the Zone Alarm.

I would like to know if there has way to make the connection established without shutting down the firewall.

Without network access point your device dependent upon "Integral GPS" so may not work indoors and take a lot longer to establish position outdoors, but it will eventually lock on to satellites.
