Windows 10: Connection problems

Hello everyone! I was trying to change my pc IP adress but unfortunateley i failied and now i have lot of connection problems. So I'm using Desktop pc with an ethernet cable. I opened CMD, but I didn't turn off my home Modem and wrote ipconfig /release. After this command, my internet got disconnected. Then I wrote ipconfig /renew and received the answer that this is not possible. Then I just disconnected the ethernet cable from PC and connected it, then I got internet but it was disconnecting every minute. Restarted pc, but unfortunately, it still happens. What would I do to repair this? My internet disconnects almost every minute and immediately got connected again. Also i'm receiving following errors when i try to use any of webisted: ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR , ERR_CONNECTION_RESET. I must refresh the page serval times while it opens. Please help! Also when i try to use WIFI, there is still problems with conenction now. I never had this problem before. It happened only after i wrote ipconfig /release!

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...


That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.
