Windows 10: connection was interrupted a network change was detected??

Every single time in Microsoft edge i get the connection was interrupted a network change was detected, what network change nothing has changed, it does this constantly and is now getting bothersome, a simple refresh of the page fixes it but what the heck is causing it. any help appreciated thanks,

Wi-Fi internet connection is slow and sometimes just breaks with Error message 'Your connection was interrupted. A network change was detected.'

Experiencing slow wifi internet connection and sometime the internet connection just breaks with error message 'Your connection was interrupted. A network change was detected. err_network_changed'. Then when i try to troubleshoot the error, another message
is shown 'Windows could not automatically detect this network's proxy settings.'

Network adapter driver is installed to the latest. The 'automatically detect settings' in the LAN settings is checked.

What else can I do to solve this problem?
