Windows 10: Connectivity issues with Zenbook UN5401

Hello. I have ASUS ZenBook and SONY Xperia 5 III. My laptop has two type C ports and USB Type A port. It is able to read my smartphone using Type A port, but the thing is that my smartphone came with Type C to Type C cable. Using this cable, my laptop is able to find and read other smartphones. I tried 3 Samsung devices as I remember. But I also tried to connect my smartphone to other HP laptops with the same cable and they were able to read it instantly. I have uninstalled the driver As representative of ASUS has suggested but it did not helped. I hoped that after update to newer version

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

• What is the Version and Build of Windows 10 currently installed? (Type
  winver in Windows search/Run command)

• What is the make and model of the PC?
  

• Are you aware of any changes on the PC prior to this issue?
