    Consent problem with son's account

I had removed my son's account, lets call this account #1, from my family's group for entirely unrelated reasons. He then without my knowledge created a new account #2 and created a new family group which he then added his account #1 to. He then also added my daughters account, lets call this account #3. He then made account #1 an organizer and removed account #2 from that family group. Now account #1 is locked out because it is prompting him for parental consent which I can't give because it errors out. I am assuming the error is due to the fact that account #1 is already in a fam

Remove consent for a child account??

I have a similar issue. When I go to remove consent, 2 of my children are not even on the list to remove consent.

    Minecraft Coins for sons account

    Hi Stephen,

Buying Minecraft in-game content like coins can only be done on the account where you want to have the coins. For us to properly assist you with your concern, we need to gather more information. Kindly verify the following:

    • Is your son's Minecraft account is associated with your Xbox Live account?
    • Are you getting any error messages when trying to buy coins on your son's profile?
    • Have you tried to sign in your son's account on a different device and try to purchase?

For additional assistance for in-game concerns, you may also try getting in touch with the game developer.
