Windows 10: Consistent BSODs a little after boot ups from VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR and...

I am getting both errors alternatively usually a bit after I boot up my laptop from sleep. I've tried using DDU and reinstalling both the latest drivers and slightly older drivers for my GPU but I've still been getting problems. Someone suggested to me that it might be my GPU dying out but I found it hard to believe considering I just got this laptop a few months ago. My current laptop is the ASUS ROG Strix G17 with a processor of AMD Ryzen 9 7940HX and GPU NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 with 8 GB GDDR6 VRAM.I also learned about minidumps in the process of trying to find a solution so I will pos

Consistent Blue Screen of Deaths in my laptop: "video_dxgkrnl_fatal_error"

So for the past 2 days my HP Omen 15 (2021 ver.) has been getting BSOD'ed with the error code "video_dxgkrnl_fatal_error" for windows 10. It just started doing this randomly and has been consistent for a while now. It sometimes doesn't detect the Nvidia DGPU too, but it eventually comes back after a few restarts. I've already tried the ff and has not worked:

• Reinstalling drivers, using old drivers
  
• Disabling fast startup
  
• I ran system diagnostic checks of sorts and did not detect any issues
  

However, I tried disabling the pre-installed windows antivirus and used a different one instead, and the BSOD has significantly happened less, only 2 times so far, but the first one was a BSOD with a memory problem (didn't catch the code), the 2nd one is the same video BSOD.

Should I try updating from windows 10 to windows 11? I also tried to update my DirectX, but the sources I found says I also need to update windows, to which I already did.

I guess my computer BSOD on boot right before getting to windows. not sure what the problem is though, everything is stable.

It gave me a list of two files in windows that could have caused the problems

 

PC wont boot up (No POST, No Video)

I recently installed a new Asus M5A99X Evo r2.0. The motherboard green LED lights up and the case and cpu fans spin. But there is no video when its hooked up to my monitor.

Steps that i have tried:
"No POST", "system won't boot", and "no video output" troubleshooting checklist

Made sure all connections are properly connected.

Flashing the CMOS

Tested the PSU

Followed all steps in the user manual

If there are any links that you guys can point me to or suggestions that could help it would be highly appreciated. Thank you
