Windows 10: consistent crash after a few hours of use. tried resetting pc, but the issue still...

Hello Microsoft community! I'm having a bit of a hiccup with my Dell OptiPlex 9020, 8Gb ram.I typically use this pc for light gaming, game development blender, Unreal Engine, and streaming platforms such as Hulu, Netflix, peacock, etc.. over the past couple of weeks, it has been crashing on me with the blue screen error. In the event viewer, im getting this error code:The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000003d 0xffff87819353eb08, 0xffff87819353e340, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000. A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 56f19589-993c-47e

Yes try it again... lol... we were waiting for that!

You have steps listed....try to find a another pc to try...try to reset the bios and see if that for some reason would help. But yes, try putting it back in. If not, id say rma time.

 

Windows is not activated following "reset this pc"

Thank you @NavyLCDR, I tried your suggestions but still have the same issue.
@Superfly, My main issue is the fact that sppsvc.exe won't start and throws the Error 5 (Access Denied). I tried changing permissions, taking ownership etc. but still have the same issue.

I guess my next step is another restore :-(. I assume you mean a fresh install because the original issue was caused after I clicked "Reset this PC" option in system settings?
