Windows 10: Consistently getting BSoD when downloading a video game. “Hardware problems detected”

I just built a brand new PC and have experienced a problem whenever I try to download and install a larger video game. While downloading the game I consistently get a BSoD that says “MEMORY_MANAGEMENT” and I decided to run a memory problem detection scan to see what’s up. I was hit with the message “Hardware problems were detected” and to contact the computer manufacturer. Does this mean my RAM is faulty and I need to purchase new RAM? I have updated all of the drivers but I don’t know how to update RAM drivers because I can’t find them, but I’m starting to think the RAM itself is defective. W

Can't get Youtube to show videos in Chrome

I haven't gotteen to this suggestion yet - but, I've shut down half my Extensions and, now, I get the voice of the Youtube videos - but still not the video. Thought this clue might help.
