Windows 10: Console language change frequently doesn't work

I have installed 2 languages in my Windows 11 and I frequently switch between them with the ALT-SHIFT key combination.Sometimes when I open a console/command prompt window the language change doesn't work though.Pressing ALT-SHIFT does nothing, and I cannot switch the language.I also tried to switch the language with the Windows-Key+Space or with the mouse on the taskbar but nothing worked.The problem arises erratically and I have seen it only with the console prompt, not with other programs, and I don't know how to troubleshoot it.I did not experience the problem until I migrated my desktop f

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

Windows 8.1 update changed the language, can't change back

Maybe, these will help... it seems it is a common enough problem.

Language packs are no longer available after you upgrade to Windows 8.1
