    Issue started somewhere in november/october 2021 I was using windows 10 back thenNow I've upgraded to windows 11 but issue didn't resolveHere's an example with WebStorm https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v2WEdi09CrsAt first I thought it's an issue with WebStorm but then I tried other IDE's like VSCode and encountered same issue.Same issue was encountered when opening Davinci Resolve in Task Manager I see that it opens many instances of console As you can see from the video console just hangs causing some system UI elements to hang too, for example if I open a link from the Slack or open a new

    autcomplete in cmd.exe console

    You should use PowerShell to run your console commands, which will allow for autocomplete.


    1. Open PowerShell
    2. Type cmd into the console to load an instance of Command Prompt.
    3. Type away using Tab for autocomplete paths.
