Windows 10: Constant blackscreen lasting upwards of 30 seconds

Starting from yesterday, my monitor would go black and unresponsive for upwards of 30 seconds seemingly randomly, these blackscreens would happen every few minutes, think about a minute of blackscreen followed by 2 minutes of normal use. It started with HDR forcing itself on when launching MotoGP 2020 causing it to go black for 2+ minutes repeatedly. Since then, HDR hasnt been a factor and now it will randomly go black constantly whenever the PC is on. I've tried a different display cable and used DDU to uninstall and reinstall my GPU drivers. It doesnt affect my second monitor besides it goin

Xbox game bar record last 30 seconds

Hello, I've changed settings for xbox game bar to record not last 30 seconds but 3 minutes, but It still records 30 seconds, how do I fix this?

 

Constant script errors and slow loading pages in 10 internet explorer 11

I have done the steps listed above. They have not helped and I am still getting constant script errors, along with slow loading pages. Are there any other suggestions?

Unfortunately, that's how Disk Clean ends.

If you want to check - run it again to see if there's is anything to clean (look at the size on items in the list - small size means only a bit has accumulated since the last run - large means something wasn't cleaned)
Disk Clean / extended goes deep, that's why I suggested that you run it first.

I'd say just move on to the next step: cCleaner, since you're in the cleaning phase.
